This brand new construction house in Garden City is MINUTES from the beach! The backyard pool deck was extended after construction to add more space for lounging and enjoying time outside together by the pool, as well as a pool bar with a Blackstone flat top grill!
This beautiful, brand-new raised beach house has plenty of space to roam, but also enjoy vacation time together. A sprawling 8-person dining table and 3 top eat-in kitchen counter allow everyone to have meals in the same space, perfect for making amazing memories! Enjoy the privacy of each bedroom having its own attached bathroom, as well as a convenient half-bath on the main level. The top floor is home to the master bedroom with an attached spa bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the Garden City Inlet. Also upstairs, you'll find a queen suite overlooking the pool deck, and two bunk suites - one with 2 twin beds, and one with a twin and a full. On the main level, you'll find another queen suite that also overlooks the pool deck, the half-bath, as well as the kitchen, dining, and living area. The main level also has a front balcony with Inlet views too!
On the main level, you're treated to an EXTENDED and customized pool deck, with brightly colored lounge seating and dining, and a custom-built pool bar with a Blackstone flat-top grill! You'll also have access to an outdoor shower, as well as motion-activated lights to allow for fun night swims!
The added bonuses for this house: a 3-level elevator so everyone can enjoy the WHOLE house, as well as high-speed internet boosters throughout!

"This home was beautiful and wonderful the stay in. It was obviously fully cleaned before we came and taken care of. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. The pool in the back is well kept and they allow you to use any of their floats as well as accessories for the beach. Within 10 minutes of grocery stores, gas stations, and tons of great restaurants. We had a great stay."

"This house- all I can say is wow! Everything you can ask for in a vacation and more! It’s just a little over a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Great responsiveness from the hosts and Kroger had our groceries ready when we got there so we could get straight to enjoying the pool. Not one thing was needed, as they thought of everything you might need. Pampered Chef items, nice copper cookware, serving platters- etc! Best vacation ever!"
